This month’s featured recipe is Pico de Gallo.

1 Cup Cilantro
1 to 2 Jalapenos (depending on taste)
1/2 to 1 Cup Onion
1 C Tomato
Fresh Lemon
1/4 tsp salt

We own 3 restaurants and a bakery in beautiful Door County.  Our season is extremely busy but fun.  We are looking for strong managers that can give our customers an amazing experience by using their passion, and skills to operate a successful restaurant, build guest count and sales, and build their career.
